Wouldn't  a  film version of this novel be a refreshing
contrast to all these  overproduced disaster flicks?

I'm surprised no one  has  tried to bring this to to the silver screen.

Well that's good news.
I can't find anything about this production on the internet and it looks like Berwick Street Production has not done anything since 1980.

I saw the trailer for it.  It could be good but it could be In Love and War.  The actors and the location looked nice.  It will probably go straight to dvd.

I'm not optimistic. Maybe I'm just old but, who are these actors? The only name I recognize is Matthew Modine.
