My high school English teacher had a poster of Hemingway in the last years of his life walking on a dirt road/path cut through bare trees. I cannot remember if there was snow or not. I think it was a high angle shot of him walking with his hands linked behind his back. She bought this poster at a Hemingway conference of some sort. I cannot find it anywhere online. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? Can anyone tell me where I can buy this poster? It's haunting me.

I know the photo you are talking about. It is in several Hemingway biographies. It is Hemingway walking thru the woods near his home in Ketchum Idaho. I believe it is the cover of Susan Beegel's book Hemingway's Neglected Short Stories. I've never seen it as a poster.

The last photo in Kenneth Lynn's biography of Hemingway sounds similar to this and was taken the last year of his life, according to the caption. Bare trees with a dusting of snow and EH walking a path or road, dressed in a long coat and cap. Although he is wearing street clothes, he appears to be carrying a double-barreled shotgun, perhaps the same one he later killed himself with.
